For the past few months the monastery has only been open to those discerning the monastic life. We have not had regular visitors here now for the best part of the year due to the Coronavirus lockdown. We will soon be opening to visitors according to government guidelines and the blessing of our Metropolitan Silouan.

We have created this fundraiser in order to get us across the final line for reopening and accepting guests (hopefully at the end of July / start of August). Our very meagre resources have been severely stretched over the past few months. If you can give something to support the monastery we are grateful - if you cannot, please keep us in your prayers. Also please do not donate any money that should quite rightfully go to your parish as every church and community is in need of assistance at the moment.
