Mouhamad Ajmeer hasn’t always had it easy - even from the very beginning of his young life. In 1982 when he was just a small child he was devastatingly injured in his right eye after an accident whilst playing. Unfortunately due to the severity of the incident he completely lost sight in his right eye. Despite this hardship, Mouhamad grew into a humble, respected and motivated man, husband and father who never let his disability get in the way of earning a living and providing for his family.

Sadly many years later Mouhamad experienced another life changing accident which proved detrimental to his future as it’s now left him helpless, jobless and stripped of health. After suffering a shocking fall straight to the ground from a roof top of a 1st floor storey building in 2016, Mouhamad suffered multiple loss injuries. He severely fractured his spine, which ultimately lead to emergency surgery where doctors installed 8 screws and metal bars to help repair the damage. This not only cost him his livelihood, but his career and his walking abilities due to his spincal cord damage

Mouhamad has a two year old daughter and he’s expecting his second child in August. His worries for the future of his family are unbearable to think about. He was working on the day of his accident and could have never had foreseen how it changed his life and turned it upside down.

Mouhamad and his wife are unable to work to support themselves due to their status in Italy, but have been lucky to receive some help from local churches. Mouhamad and his family are in desperate need for day to day necessities as the government are only helping with his medical and treatment situation.
