Children, and young adults encountering mental health issues during their development/ adolescence can struggle to reach out in times of crisis. Dealing with life's difficulties can be difficult, but even harder for some to talk about and overcome. Young minds is a charity fighting mental health in young people, and making the help they need more accessible than it currently is.

Every penny received on this page will be donated to this charity, and will benefit people in need, when they most need it.
