Murray MacDonald is a young man with autism and the founder of Autism on the Water.

For 2023, Murray is planning to take part in the Round Mull Yacht Race SINGLE-HANDED on the Achilles 24 “Postivity“ - the race is a 90 nautical mile route with overnight stops at Tobermory and Bunessan with the race starting and finishing in Oban Bay. The race will have its challenges especially around the back of Mull in the open Atlantic Ocean as well as the tricky route through the gap at the Torran Rocks in the Sound of Iona but Murray is ready and cannot wait to take on this challenge and raise funds for both the charity he created and Able2Sail which is another charity close to his heart.

Funds raised from this will be split between Autism on the Water and Able2Sail - another charity that provides sailing to people with disabilities!
