On October 8th I will be running the Yorkshire Marathon in memory of my beautiful and courageous Auntie Margaret who sadly passed away in December 2016 after a 5 year battle with cancer. She supported me in my first ever race in October 2016 which was the McCain 10k, and did nothing but praise and encourage me to continue on to hit my weight and fitness goals!! What better way to do her proud than to smash a marathon. An excellent amount was raised at my Auntie's funeral for Cancer care. I would like to raise for another cause. For someone who she treat like her own grandchild, her great nephew (my nephew), Cameron Hall. He is an aspiring motorbike racer who is currently half way through Thundersport 2017. Auntie M supported him greatly in this passion and would want him to do well. He currently needs the support of sponsors to get him started in the 2018 season, so all monies will be going towards this. He will be dedicating a race to our wonderful and hugely missed Aunt and hopefully we can publicise the story in the news! Any amount you can spare will be greatly appreciated from a girl who couldn't run to the end of the street this time last year!! 26.2 MILES!!!! Thanks xxxx
