Throughout the pandemic, UTASS expanded their level of service to ensure that their members and the people living within the Durham Dales felt supported. They quickly ensured they had a 27/7 helpline providing support at any time of the day then continued to work together with volunteers to help people within the community with their day to day lives. helping with shopping, prescriptions, deliveries, help with care and keeping social contact.
