Story
Hi everyone, as some of you may know on the 28th of December at around 6:30pm Nathan was involved in a car crash on the A55, whilst on the way back from Rye, East Sussex, with his cat, Tilly, where he had spent Christmas with his family. Following the accident, he was taken to Countess of Chester Hospital where he was placed in to a medically induced coma before being transferred to Aintree University Hospital, Liverpool, where he is currently staying.
Nathan has sustained injuries to the brain as well as other serious injuries such as a complex leg break, major internal bruising and many breaks to the face which have required urgent treatment and care. He is now in the Critical Care Unit and has just been woken from the coma which is fantastic news! Although each day he is showing signs of improvement, the road ahead is long. We do not currently know full severity of all of his injuries due to the nature of them, so we are raising money to help Nathan with his rehabilitation and anything he may need to recover in the future.
We all really want to see Nathan improve and become the person he was before the terrible accident. Any donation given would be greatly appreciated. No amount is too little!
Some of Nathan’s friends are going to complete the Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the three highest peaks in the country, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon to help raise funds.
Thank you for your time, from Nathan’s friends x
