This year I am raising money for 2 charities. Prostate Cancer and a local Cardiff mental health charity (that my father in law runs) Thats one request a year from my friends, colleagues, ex-colleagues (who are all friends of course) and family.

For the last 6 years I have run the Cardiff Half Marathon. Though I love Cardiff I am a little bored with the route (a not quite 7 year itch) so I have gone for my second home and I am running the London Parks Half Marathon.
