Story
Running the Cardiff Half Marathon again in support of my chosen charity. ISSA Wales.This is me after a shortish (4 mile) run.
The ISSA Wales project started in March 2009 providing specialist support to people with or at risk of developing mental health difficulties. The team support individuals with a number of issues and work closely with community mental health teams ensuring the service user receives a client led service. We support individuals and their families empowering them to manage their situations but having the option of extra support if they require it.

7 years agoTraining has been a bit shoddy (I blame work) but managed a 10 miler this morning. That means I should be OK to make it but definitely no PB. I ran to the millennium centre (5 miles) and then I had to run back. If you haven't sponsored me then you should do, cos I am not enjoying running around like this.....

7 years agoWell I didn't manage to run this weekend. Coached my sons football team, went mountain biking in Bristol and yesterday I trained for the touch rugby team. All good cardio which may allow me to wing it......
