We are Team Ward (wave 7) and we are raising money for Langley Court Care Home, for people with Dementia. Our Aim is to help them remember their childhood memories and help the garden grow with more beautiful and colourful flowers related to their memories. Thanks to everyone who donates and supports us. We thank the care home for allowing us to help and hope your donations will help to build more memories and keep the fires of hope and love alive in their community.
