Chesterfield as a community has many social issues, these include homelessness, discrimination and abuse. Therefore we are creating an event to raise awareness for critical charities helping these causes while at the same time bringing the community of 18s and over together. Our event will be held on Friday 18th August at local pubs throughout the night. The event will start at the beginning of the evening at pubs on the outskirts of Chesterfield and will start by offering leaflets advertising these charities. As the night continues the event will move inwards to the town centre where there will be live music provided by local bands and food. By supporting this and our Facebook page 'Be Inspired', you can help us to hire the venues and make people more aware of the problems in our community and ultimately help bring more people together.
