Story
My Mount Everest Bike Challenge...
I'm a volunteer at Working Together Ludlow and I am raising money to help support the charity in its work providing skills based opportunities for people with learning difficulties and disabilities.
To do this I am riding my bike to the summit of the High Vinnalls (near Ludlow) 38 times - which is equivalent to the height of Mount Everest (29,000ft)!
About me..
I am a 61 year old ex-fireman and have been volunteering at Working Together for a couple of years. I go in twice a week and help support members with activities like painting and gardening. We all have a laugh and a bit of fun together and, hopefully, any money I raise will go towards materials like paint, wood and plants.
