Beesley is no ordinary dog despite what you may think. Over the last 9 years he has been a constant companion to his owner Suzanne, who suffers with various mental and physical health issues. During that time Beesley has helped his owner through very dark times and provided a source of happiness, companionship and reliability through the turbulent times of Suzanne's life.

Unfortunately Beesley has also suffered with ill health over the years such as skin allergies and a canine version of IBS, however is now facing a much harder fight. While always being an active dog (more like a 9 year old puppy really!) his hips have started to wear out and require urgent surgery. As I'm sure you are aware the vets bills for these 2 procedures are astronomical but there is no other option but to have his hip replaced on his left leg and the right leg strengthened.

Unfortunately pet insurance will over cover a fraction of the £7400 costs involved for him to receive the medical attention he requires. Without these operations Beesley could be left paralysed or result in an even worse outcome.

At present we have already managed to scrape together £3900 of the required fees in order for Beesley to receive the treatment he requires however are struggling to raise the remainder of the costs needed. This is where you are his last hope.

We are looking to crowdfunding to raise the shortfall in order to allow Beesley a full and active life as well as providing his owner, Suzanne, with her companion who has helped her through her troubles and health issues.
