HELP SAVE THE NEVERLAND THEATRE

We are an independent theatre that receives no Arts Council or Government funding and rely solely on ticket sales. We have now been closed since March, with no current opening date and whilst a theatre rescue package has been announced, we are still not aware when and if we'll be eligible.

We are a small 70 seat, self funded, independent theatre that's mission is to keep the arts alive. Providing affordable shows of all varieties including variety, comedy, plays, pantomimes and shows both professional and amateur. Unlike a lot of theatres we are not council funded and all monies raised are reinvested in the theatre and the local community.

Theatre is always a tough industry but more so now during the Covid pandemic, with many facing closure and bankruptcy, we aim to not only survive but to return bigger and better. We’ve already invested in new raked seating and are now creating digital theatre in order to keep our actors working and our creativity flowing.
