Weʼve raised £300 to donate to an elderly 90 year old who had his mobility scooter, along with his freedom and trust stolen from outside his home.

Story
On Friday 5th october between 9-930pm a mobility scooter was stolen that was parked outside the elderly gentleman’s flat. The scooter allowed the 90yr old resident who owned it independence that he valued. This along with faith and trust has sadly been taken away by the thieves. Some locals have decided to set this up with the hope of contributing to/covering the cost of a replacement scooter for the gentleman.

6 years agoThank you so much. Please don’t donate anymore as we have sorted a scooter and we are going to buy some security bits. The rest of the money will be donated to Cancer Research and Fairhavens on the request of Les, the elderly man. He lost his wife to cancer and had amazing help from Fairhavens at this time. Thanks to you all!
