Fidjits story.

Back in 2015 i heard my friend had found 3 kittens in a barn one of which was covered in oil, unfortunately fidjits brother and sister were too poorly to make it and passed away shortly after being found, this made me determined to help the last kitten.

When he came to me i took him to the RSPCA where he had a full check over, he was covered in engine oil, had an extremely bad case of worms and had larvae in his left ear.

Fidjit went on to have a special bath to get the oil out, immediate treatment for his worms and had the larvae removed from his ear.

At this point he was a small 6 week old kitten, so to go through all of this at such an early age broke my heart to think anyone could just dump a helpless animal in that way.

Fidjit was quite stressed after all his treatment which took a total of 6 weeks to sort out fully.

By this point he had settled in at his new home very well, enjoying cuddles, playing with toys and having lots of nutritious food to eat.

Without the help of all the staff at the RSPCA i dont even want to think what would have happened.

The RSPCA provided me with not just help with medical bills and treatment but also with bottles to feed him and the right type of milk that would help him put on weight and become stronger.

Fidjit is now a happy healthy 3 year old kitty who loves to run, play with my dog (his new sister who is also a rescue), and cuddle anyone as much as he can, he even shows his appreciation from time to time by bringing presents home, (he brought 11 live mice home in 8 days last year).

I'm so thankful to all the staff at the RSPCA for all the help they provided, in return for their generosity i would like to help give a little something back to say thank you from all of us.
