Story
As part of my on going health kick I made a decision to cut Beer and Pies from my diet. Now normally when I do something like this I fall at the first hurdle, so I thought this time I'll go big. So from the 1st September until the 1st December I'm cutting Beer, Cider Pies Sausage Rolls Cornish pasties and any thing similer from my diet. And to help me stick to this I decided to do it as a sponsored event and raise money for two worthy charities. Firstly my own Scout Group the 1st Brompton on Swale Scout group who I have been associated with since I was 15 years old, and also the flying paramedics of the Great North Air Ambulance Service who do such a valuable job and are dependent on donations.

Has it worked? Yes I have lost some wight around my waist line and a few pounds in weight. There
