Hi thanks for coming to look at our tragic story!

Unfortunately My mom who is 64 and my grandad who is 91 - their flat was involved in a block fire on sunday 30th may 2021.

the fire happend directly above their flat and wipe through 4 floors above . My mom and grandads flat has been ruined by smoke damage and is completly water damaged with nothing Salvageable. they are both completely devasated and the flat was fully equipt and adapted to my grandads needs - as he is disabled

right now they are homeless . My grandad cant physically get up stairs or walk around unaided or with out carers

they now have to wait to be moved into a new flat because they can not get into their old home .

the amount of stress this is causing my mom and grandad is terrible and at their age will certainly cause more health issues then what they already have . My grandad has a special mobilty bed and arm chair to lift him in and out of bed and eletronics in his room to support his needs and all these are ruined and as you can imagine are extremly expensive to buy at such short notice .along with all other electrical appliances throughout the whole flat will need replacing for the new property- we are trying to stay positive right now
