    Story

My cousin Jayne and her partner Steve have received the terrible news this week that their 11 year old daughter Ellie has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Ellie ,a year 7 pupil of Ysgol Aberconwy ,is fortunate enough to be under the care of the world renowned Alder Hey Hospital and is hoping to start her chemotherapy this week.
As a family we are trying to ensure
that Ellie's mum and dad can focus on their little girl during this tough time and not have to worry about taking time off work. We are therefore trying to raise some money to ensure they can take that time off whilst she undergoes treatment and recovery without worrying about paying a household bill etc.

Thanks all for the huge generosity so far. It's fantastic. Ellie is still in Alder Hey and has started her chemotherapy. She has a long treatment schedule ahead and this money will help Jayne and Steve with all the expenses that will go with taking Ellie to and from hospital for treatment after she goes home. It will also help mum and dad take time off to spend with her and maybe a little treat for Ellie too after this ordeal.
