The Armed Forces Bikers (AFB) is a United Kingdom-based motorcycle charity which aims to assist former serving members of the armed forces in charitable need as a result of injury or other harmful experience suffered during their service, to resettle and rehabilitate into civilian life, also to relieve the needs of former members of the armed forces and their families.

This would not be possible without all the efforts of every single biker who goes out and raises money and awareness on a weekly basis
However I don't drive I don't have a bike so this is where I step in .
I decided that to raise as much money and awareness for AFB I would run Alloa half marathon - which won't be an easy task because when j started training I couldn't even run for 5 minutes!!!

However, place in half marathon is reserved , running shoes and socks bought, gym membership purchased... Bring it on!!!
