This year I will be taking part in a walking event on the Isle of Man, known as the Parish Walk on 23rd June 2018. The walk is 85 miles long and must be completed within 24 hours. The fastest walkers complete this in 14 hours!. I will be aiming to walk to Peel which is 32.5 miles if not further. I will be doing this walk in memory of my beautiful daughter Nicole Fegan who sadly died in November 2017 very suddenly in a road accident. Every step I walk is for my daughter who we miss so dearly every day. Please help me raise funds in memory of Nicole which I will be donating to the Mayobridge GAA Club. As you may know Nicole greatly enjoyed being part of the Club. Nicole enjoyed many sports and was very active. She played Camogie, Gaelic Handball and was part of the Scor. To be able to give something back to the GAA after Nicole gained so much enjoyment from being part of the Club would mean the world to me. Following the sudden death of Nicole the GAA provided the much needed support we needed to get us through a very difficult time in our lives and something the family will never forget. This is our way of saying Thank You to those who helped us even though we weren't able to say this in person.
