For this year's Nightline Awareness Week, we have chosen the theme of #BeHeard. Within our society, there is a lot of stigma around mental health, so that it can be difficult to actually talk about it. We would like to raise awareness to this issue, opening up the conversation and making individuals more comfortable to talk about their mental health problems.

We ask YOU to go silent in support of all those who have trouble being heard and expressing themselves. Tell your peers and family and ask them to sponsor you through this time. Experience yourself how hard and difficult it can be if you cannot express what you want to say. No one should suffer in silence.

Donations will go directly to Nightline Dundee, so that we can continue our service and keep listening to you, provide information and offer exam care packages in times of need.
