Story
For those that know Norby Drol (yes this is an alias, so that Norby doesnt find this page) you will know he is a special person. Well, he is turning 40 this year and we are hoping to pull together an awesome birthday present.
We will be booking a 1 day recording session in the famous Abbey Road Studios, the home of the Beatles among others. We will be able to book Studio Three, which is the studio where Pink Floyd recorded the iconic Dark Side Of The Moon. The funds will go to pay for the studio hire for a 10hr recording session and for one of the award winning sound engineers.

6 years agoI thought i would provide an update on what we will be able to offer at different levels of funding, in case we dont reach the top goal, starting with the minimum goal we want to reach: At £1800 (1500 +VAT) we can offer Studio hire + Equipment hire At £2300 we can add a sound engineer At £2800 we can add the best sound engineer At £3200 we can cover some of the costs of either photographer or videographer if we want to capture it for posterity. And maybe some sandwiches for the band. thank you to everyone who has donated so far. James
