Nova's Sweet Dream

For most of us, we can go to bed at night knowing our children will be safe. For Nova, this isn't her reality. Nova is tube fed overnight & developmentally delayed as a result of a condition called West Syndrome. For her, a normal bed is dangerous. A normal bed means she can climb out. A normal bed means she could get her tube stuck, or worse have her tube come out of her stomach or even seriously harm her.

As a result, she needs a bed she cannot get out of for her own safety.We are aiming to get something called a safe space bed from creative care limited http://www.creativecareltd.com, a bed enclosed via a "tent". This would mean Nova is comfy, and safe at night.
