Homelessness in the UK

Homelessness has risen year on year and many of the people sleeping rough are people who have no support network in place to help them when times got hard. Statistics show that since 2010, the number of people sleeping rough has doubled and there is very little support out there to help reintegrate these people into society by offering them jobs and temporary accommodation until they are able to support themselves and long after this period too.

Why do we want to help?

Nujobb is a recruitment agency and our goal is to help take the homeless and desperate and help them back into society. Our main goal is to grow this foundation throughout the UK and help as many people get back on their feet and help them contribute to the economy as much as possible.

Why should we help these people?

Simply put, the more homeless people we help get off the streets and into jobs means we pay less as a country to pay for cleaning up after them and they help contribute to the economy. This saved money can go back into creating jobs and help people find stability and prevent them from ending up with nothing.

We decided to start helping these people a few years ago by simply buying them food and making sure they were not starving, but there comes a time when you realise that a meal won't keep these people warm at night. We have spoken to a lot of homeless people and they all say the same thing when asked what they really want.

We need your help to help fund temporary accommodation and to get these people back into jobs and to keep them fed. We have the platform in place to find these people the work which is why our founders created the agency.
