I have decided to run the Edinburgh half marathon this summer to help Sophie raise money for her upcoming expedition to the highlands of Bolivia. While she is there she will be taking part in conservation and volunteer work, including spending time at a shelter for children and teenagers who have been abused and have nowhere to go.

Any donation will help hugely (and make the training and pain worth it all!)
