Olivia and I have decided to take part in the pink belt testing day.
To support breast cancer awareness month Selby, Haxby and Copmanthorpe Martial arts are coming together to have a sponsored Pink Belt testing day. Those taking part will be subjected to the black belt test.

1. 3 mile run
2. 15 different exercises for 2 minutes each
3. 10 rounds of pad work
4. 10 rounds of bag work
5. 10 rounds of sparring
6. 4 vs 1 sparring round
7. 1 mile run

This is not going to be easy but we are determined to get to the end!!!!!
