Olivia is an absolute angel who will melt the hearts of all who meet her. Olivia lives in Katowice, Poland, with her two parents and carers and is 11 years old.

Unfortunately Olivia was born with a condition that means her mind will never develop beyond that of a 2 year old child. Olivia has complex medical needs that require lifetime support and the devotion of all those around her. Tragically there is no known 'cure', but that is not to say Olivia cannot enjoy a good quality of life with the support of those around her.

Despite her condition, Olivia is a happy child, always smiling and never complaining. Olivia truly is a magical child who connects with the world around her and brings joy to those lucky to spend time with her. Olivia very much gets the most out of life and is a true treasure. Olivia responds to bright colours and happy music which seems to benefit her and engage her mind.

Caring for Olivia is a demanding, full time role although of course no one around her would have it any other way. It is my aim to give Olivia her dream trip to Disneyland Paris which will also give her carers an opportunity for respite while Olivia meets Disney characters and enjoys the thrill of the rides. Spending time in a place with so much colour, sound and happiness will benefit and engage Olivia and create a lasting memory for her family.
