Story
In December 2014, 33 year old Michael Smith from Sileby, Loughborough was diagnosed with the terminal illness Motor Neurones Disease (MND). While Michael is still maintaining his usual positive outlook on life, day to day activities are going to get progressively harder, so the aim of our fundraising and this donation page is to raise as much money as possible for Michael so he can enjoy the very best life he can.
