Story
In 2017 the Opening Up project aims to go further in promoting mental wellbeing and suicide prevention.
We do this for our friend Alex who took his own life and because one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem in any year.
Half of all monies raised will go to C.A.L.M who provide a helpline and other life saving resources to those in crisis. The other half will go towards funding our project as we aim to visit more and more cricket clubs to deliver 'Mind & Body' sessions alongside our other projects.
