My mum is the most important person to me. Despite having difficulties in her life she has always been there and has helped me so much over the years. She had polio as a very young child and consequently has suffered deformity in her left leg, foot and toes. In recent years her toe on her left foot has completely curled under which makes walking exctutiating. She suffers with balance issues because of this deformity and has suffered quite a number of falls one of which she banged her head very badly. The toe issue has been causing more falls and she is effectively trapped in her house. She can't go on family days out with her grandchildren or family holidays. The NHS have kept her on a waiting list, but she has no idea when the operation will be and they can't tell her. Time is precious and I want my family and I to enjoy precious time with her. She is the most caring person I know and i want to do something for her. Please help me to get her operation she so badly needs.
