On the 24th of September, me and a group of brave people are going to absail down the Europa in Belfast.
We are doing this to raise money for Support 2gether, a charity without which I do not know where I would be today or what state I would now be in.
This charity is committed to supporting families who are living with the terrible illness that is ante/post natal depression.
They are based on omagh where they have just recently opened a new premise and are in the process of opening a premise in clogher too.
There is no end to the support this charity provides, counselling, gatherings, mummies night's away, mindfulness to name but a few.
I for one feel this charity are doing vital work but in order to continue with this they do need funds.
