I had penile ligation surgery September 2013 ,before the surgery i can ejaculate when i have normal erection ,after the surgery i can no longer ejaculate and on certain positions i lose erection too.
I went back to kings college hospital where i had the operation on several occasion i was told there is nothing they could do for me , i tried taking up the case to court myself because i cant afford a lawyer but it was struck out august 2016 before then i have been suffering from mental health issue which got worst last year they had to place me on medication am still taking my medication as i type this letter.I got a lawyer February 2017 had to pay him 400 pounds to try to reinstate my case the money i got from friends of which they cant help me with any funds again.
I received a letter from the court through my lawyer that a date will set for hearing,am an asylum seeker haven't worked since 2012,please i need help to fight my medical negligence case in court and get independent medical report .To make matters worst i have no children and cant have have children because of my present situation
