Story
I am extremely fortunate to have been chosen to attend the 24th World Scout Jamboree 2019 in North America. I am currently 14 years old and I have been a scout for 9 years. During the time I've had the opportunity to learn new skills and have awesome adventures.
I'm currently an Explorer Scout with Gauntlett Explorers and I volunteer with 1st Marston Moor Scout Group as a Young Leader, helping provide scouting adventures for younger people.
World Scout Jamboree is a fantastic opportunity for me to meet scouts from around the world, to learn about new cultures and to have new experiences which I can bring back and pass along to inspire more young people.
The total amount that I need to raise is £3620, I am planning to achieve this in a variety of ways. Just Giving is just one part.
