On 12th April my nephew had decided to buy a mobile phone after saving all his Christmas and Saturday job money . He found one for £300 which was a lot more than he wanted to pay but going rate for a good condition iPhone. He was talked into paying the money into a bank account by a Woman named Tracey Jones (Rochford) from Stockton Teesside he genuinely thought she was trustworthy. As soon as the money went into the account she denied having it . The bank said they cant do anything as the money has already been withdrawn. They have frozen the Account. Please help me help owen to replace this phone if you can. He is so unhappy and feeling very silly but this poor excuse for a Woman didn't care she would have this effect.
