Financial difficulty is something that affects huge numbers of people around the world, causing stress, family difficulties, divorce and in some cases even worse. In many cases this difficulty is born of a lack of education around money and finance and how to use it responsibly.

Our company, and specifically in this case our team, is committed to helping people to be better with credit and to that end are working with a charity called City Year to provide workshops around money skills to their volunteers.

City year bring together 18-25 year olds from diverse backgrounds who give a year to serve in schools in deprived communities from Monday to Thursday as tutors, mentors and role models and on Fridays receive training from the various corporate sponsors of the charity. This system sets the volunteers up with skills, confidence and networks for their future careers whilst also helping support at risk pupils in UK schools that need it the most.

To provide this highly important training to the charities volunteers we need to make a donation to the charity to support their ongoing activities and so have started this page to raise the money required through a variety of activities carried out by members of the team.
