Packhorse Community Pub – NHS “Thank You” Pot

As a small gesture, for the weeks until full pub opening in mid May, our local pub in South Stoke, Bath is running a donations scheme into an “NHS pot” – a chance for us to say “thanks” while you enjoy the pub's renowned hospitality and beautiful setting.

All NHS workers (on production of ID) can draw down on this pot until such donations are exhausted (up to £10 per NHS person off the cost of the food and/or drink for themselves and one guest).

Customers of the pub and friends can donate into this fund, when they are at the pub, or via this page.

Of course, the pub would love to do this for all “Essential workers” it’s just that this is the easiest/simplest format to administer as a simple “thank you” gesture to so many people who have really gone the “extra mile” for all of us in this last, extraordinary year.
