This is my dog Jasper he is 10 months old. We got told he had hip dysplasia when he was 6 months old. Jasper needs surgery on his right hip to help him. Right now he is on pain relief and joint supplements i just want to be able to help him more so hes not sore and lameless,dont get me wrong he does have good days but then has bad days where he struggles to get up.he is limited on how long he is allowed out for a walk, some days just 15 mins some days half an hour. He loves a walk. Unfortunately i can't meet what Jaspers needing so looking for some help. Jasper was referred to east neuk vet in fife and unfortunately thats when I discovered that it will be £400 +vat to examine him,then looking at £1800-£2000 for surgery, plus recovery after.
