Story
Sadly Jennifer Higson passed away on Sunday 13th Novermber. We don't want lots of flowers because we know Jen would want the money to go to a good cause. She would have wanted the money to go to the special care baby unit at Bolton Royal. When she was pregnant with Holly, she was rushed to hospital with preeclampsia at 26 weeks and had an emergency c-section. Ste was told that if they hadn't come in over the weekend he would have lost both Jen and Holly. The care they received from the special care baby unit at Bolton was amazing, Jen made a full recovery and Holly spent 8 weeks in an incubator before going home healthy. Jen was continuously grateful for all the care and support provided by the staff at Bolton Royal Hospital and would have liked to give back if she could to help other babies and their families.
