Weʼve raised £917 to help fund the second protest for Paul Flynn's Elizabeth Brice Bill for medical cannabis in the UK

    Story

The UK government claims that cannabis has no medicinal value.

This is a lie easily disproved by the ever growing mountain of research and scientific evidence.

Cannabis has been consumed as a medicine for thousands of years. Many, many sick people across the UK stand to benefit from consuming cannabis for many ailments. MS, Cancer, Chronic Pain, IBD, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression to name but a fraction of the ailments documented to be treatable with cannabis.

On October 10th United Patients Alliance Patron, Paul Flynn (MP for Newport)'s bill passed it's first reading! He called for patients to join him on the lawns at parliament to break the law & consume cannabis. We answered his call then and we are returning on February 23rd to make sure our voices are heard and that this bill passes the next stage!

We MUST legalise and regulate cannabis for the many sick and dying people who need it!

    Stand with UPA once more!

All funds raised will go into publicity, organising placards, billboards, banners and possibly paying for transport to and from the protest for those who find travel difficult or who cannot afford to come. No funds will be spent on anything illegal.

Criminalising parents for trying to help their kids so drug companies can peddle their wares is an outrageous disgrace. Keep up the great work.
