    Story

On the 31/5/2016 I lost my left leg above the knee due to a long battle with bone infection from 2014.
My own daughter goes to a local cheerleading and gymnastics group which is run as a non profitable organisation and relies heavily on local support.
Suffolk Stars began in December 2014 and the interest and participants have been overwhelming and much more than they originally anticipated. It teaches local children boys and girls from the age of 4-18.
In order to progress the group need new equipment and are always looking to do fundraising events.
My own rehab has been great and after just 10 weeks from surgery I have been discharged from the hospital and have decided to raise some money for this great group.
I am going to do a sponsored bike ride of 66.4 miles with a false limb and I'm looking for your support to help raise as much money as possible. I ask if you could help support me with this and pass this on to family, friends, work colleagues, bosses and anyone else you can think of.
    Regards

Good luck Paul, so soon after surgery too, amazing. I've had to have hip replacements taken out for months and replaced quite a few times due to infections but can only imagine what you've been thru.
