Nineveh Ridge Care Farm near Cleobury Mortimer caters for physically and mentally disabled children and young adults. They care for, develop and educate them on a working farm on a non-profit making basis. They rely almost entirely on grants and donations. Like many other worthwhile organisations their funding has been radically reduced.
I live just a couple of miles away from their farm and see first hand the fantastic work they do for the more disadvantaged in our community. To raise much needed funds for them Eleanor and myself intend to do the Great North Run. Eleanor will do the Junior Run on 9th September and I hope to do the half marathon the following day.
