Our 6 year old family pet betty got knocked over outside our home ,she got hit at front of car and rolled under the car , she was took to the vets where she had to have life saving Surgery, the vets confirmed she had a bleed on her heart, bruised head to toe , two fractures to her pelvis , she had a major operation to put pin in her pelvis and then another pin from her pelvis to her hip and a plate and wire to keep it in place , at the time all we wanted to do was save bettys life regardless of cost , betty is not just our beloved pet she's like a little child and a member of our family, this has been a tramatic time for betty and although the operation has been a hugh success she still has a long way to go.to a full recovery , I no it was our choice to save bettys life but she's family and could not make that choice to have her put down but to save her life , all donations would be much appreciated to take the strain and worry from Gemma to pay the £4000 vets bill
