Story
Hi my name is Paul Marriott I am doing 2 things to rises money for 2 charity's very close to my Hart the first thing i have to do is lose 19kg in body composition. The second is to take part and complete the British Firefighters Challenge. The money will go to Nottingham type 1 diabetic kids charity and the firefighters charity these are close to my Hart because both my kids have type 1 diabetes and I am a retired firefighter. Please check out these charity's and all the good work they do. I am asking for all your help in helping me do this so please please please please donate as much as you can
