Weʼve raised £60 to Replace lead stolen from St.Mary's Church, Erpingham, Off the A140 between Cromer and Aylsham. We have raised £20,000 but need £5000 more.

Funded on Wednesday, 20th September 2017

    Story

We were visited by thieves in May who stole the lead roofing from the roof of the South Aisle of our church of St.Mary's Erpingham. It occurred after the local community rallied round to replasrer and redecorate the church to restore the interior as shown in the photo. Sadly the removal of the lead has caused water to enter, thus spoiling the ceilin, despite temporary covering of the roof.
We have raised a good portion of the £25000 needed but we are left with £5000 still to be raised.

please donate with cheques made payable to Erpingham PCC.and send to The Rectory, School Road, Erpingham, NR11 7QY.
