Story
London Cardiff Edinburgh
This cycling event will be the toughest challenge I have taken on the distance is around 580 miles and a total elevation of climbing around 22,000 feet. This I would complete in 4 days.
Day 1 Starting at Buckingham Palace I will be heading west to Cardiff to visit my second capital which is day one and around 180 miles.
Day 2 Leaving Cardiff I will be heading north through Wales and be planning to finish at Chester around 150 miles.
Day 3 This is where I plan to finish on day 3 and just short of the Scottish border at Carlisle distance around 150 mils again.
Day 4 The shortest day of 102 miles and arrive at my last capital in Edinburgh before my flight home.

6 years agoA week tomorrow I travel to London on the train to get ready for my cycle event seeing me head to Edinburgh. I will be sharing posts along my way. But I will be delighted if you could help me reach my target for Hallswood Animal Sanctuary. I would also like to thank the staff at Sportlink & Walk to Run for there advice on nutrition and keeping me in injury free.

6 years agoAs I continue fundraising for Hallswood and aim to raise money for their animal ambulance. Tomorrow sees me take on my longest ride of the year and plan to ride around 170 miles. But this may change due to the weather or how my body copes later on in the year. This route will be around the same distance as my longest day in June.
