In two weeks on 24th June, Will and Tom will be walking the Yorkshire three peaks to raise money for different causes. It is a 25 mile walk, 4500ft ascent and all to be done in under 12 hours. All the money we raise will be shared equally between both causes.

Will - This summer I am going on a trip to Nepal where I will be trekking to Everest Base Camp. Once I have completed this trek I will be spending a couple of days helping out at 'Shree Bal Bikash Samaj Lower Secondary School' which is a school on the outskirts of Kathmandu. Currently the education system in Nepal is very poor, especially in state run establishments. In the few days I'm there I will be getting to know the kids and helping them in English classes, however I would like to make my visit last longer than the couple of days I'm there with a donation to the school.

Tom - The walk I am doing is raising money for three charities; the first is a local charity - the Yorkshire Cancer Centre - where our Dad works with skin cancer patients. Muscular Dystrophy UK is a national charity that helps families with practical equipment cope with this devastating, life-limiting genetic condition. The final charity is the Friends of Grahamstown and District Development (FOGADD) a group in South Africa that support young abused and abandoned children and provide mobile science labs to schools.
