. At some point in our lives most of us will face a difficult time. Our community has many people who suffer with depression, addiction, bereavement,stress anxiety to name just a few.
Let's come together and make a difference
This grouo will run on thursday evenings at penkridge fire station 7-8:30pm. we are a none profit making group and will be self sustaining through fund raising and contributions from people attending the groups.I have suffered with anxiety and depression from many years and have battled addiction to alcohol and drugs over the past 7 years, I want to help my community and share my knwledge and point people in the right direction.

I work in a secondary school. Am safeguarding trained have suffered mental health issues. Have NVQ4 in advice and guidance. I have supported numerous young people here to help if you wish
