Weʼve raised £85 to help Max pay for his World Scout Jamboree 2019 trip to the USA. The cost to Max is over £3000, just giving may help cover some of that.

Story

In July 2019 Max will be going on the trip of a lifetime to West Virginia in the USA representing Buckinghamshire Scouts as part of the World Scout Jamboree.

After the selection weekend, which entailed an interview, many team building exercises & being carefully watched by the selection team, Max was offered one of the coveted places. The next 18 months will consist of many camps where he will learn all the skills needed to be part of the jamboree & lots of fundraising. Please help Max reach his goal, if you can.

This group of young people are now known as 'Super Scouts!'

I went to an International Scout Jamboree at Walesby Forest in 1993. It was a great experience. For us it wasn't nearly as far to go as West Virginia and didn't cost nearly as much. Best of luck!
