Gangs of youths have been loitering in the appartment block Buddleia House in Feltham, intimidating residents, smoking drugs, drinking alcohol and being abusive to residents. One one occassion resident Phil Pearson, aged 52 asked the youths to leave and as they were going down the stairs, one turned around and punched him in the face, cutting his mouth and breaking his tooth.

An innocent man trying to keep the communal areas of his home ssafe for himself and other residents, now faces large dental bills to fix the damage caused by the result of his brave actions.
